Meet the movement

Turning lived experience
into lasting purpose.

Founded in June 2023 during founder Julian M. White’s breast cancer journey, I BEAT That Empowerment Movement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Central Arkansas.

We empower underserved communities and individuals to overcome health challenges, bridge educational divides, strengthen financial security, and build healthier futures across generations.

Our work brings prevention education, practical skills, and compassionate support closer to the people who need them—especially families in North Little Rock and Southwest Little Rock.

I BEAT That: What We Do — health, wealth, education, and youth
Our purpose in action

Empowerment across generations.

Our four pillars connect health and prevention education, financial security, lifelong learning, and youth development. Together, they guide how we serve individuals, families, and communities.
